We do not need a specification. A description of the process is enough: where the data comes from, who retypes it, and what happens when somebody gets it wrong.
How it goes
1. You write
To kontakt@dragen.pl. A few sentences are enough. We answer within one working day.
2. We talk - 30 to 45 minutes
We ask about the process, the data, and how you will know the project worked. If we think software is the wrong answer, we say so on that call rather than in a proposal.
3. You get a scope and a date
One process, a measurable outcome, a specific date. No separately billed discovery phase.
What we do not do
We do not build brochure websites, run advertising campaigns, or resell other people's software licences. If that is what you are looking for we will say so immediately rather than book a second meeting.
