Who these apply to
These terms govern use of Dragen Brain, made available by Dragen Group to business customers. They are not an offer to consumers.
What the service is
Dragen Brain reads a nominated mailbox, recognises the type of incoming commercial correspondence, extracts logistics data from it and prepares that for an operator to work on. The application uses language models from third-party providers.
Accounts and access
Access is granted to named individuals on the customer side. The customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the permissions it grants its own users. Please report any suspected unauthorised access without delay.
Connecting a mailbox
By connecting a mailbox, the customer confirms that it is entitled to grant access to it and that it has informed the people concerned to the extent data protection law requires. Access can be withdrawn at any time - the privacy policy describes how.
Human decisions
The application prepares proposed replies. Sending anything to an end customer requires an operator decision, which is recorded in the event log. The customer is responsible for the content of correspondence it ultimately sends.
Limitations
Language model output can be incorrect or incomplete. It is not legal or tax advice and is not a binding quotation. Message classification and extracted data must be verified by an operator before use.
Prohibited use
The application must not be used unlawfully, to process data the customer has no legal basis for, or in a way that threatens the security or availability of the service for others.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Maintenance is planned to limit the impact on operators' work.
Liability
Dragen Group's liability is limited to actual damage, to the extent permitted by law, and excludes lost profits. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally.
Termination
Either side may end use of the service in accordance with the agreement between them. On termination we disconnect mailboxes and delete data within the period stated in the privacy policy.
