Dragen / Enterprise Brain
A product we built ourselves and still maintain.
The most honest proof a software house can offer is not a portfolio but a system it is answerable for. Enterprise Brain reads a forwarder's mailbox, extracts data from enquiries, and answers questions about company procedures - always citing its source.
Two modules, one principle
The principle is architecture rather than a setting: AI proposes, a person decides. Nothing reaches a customer without approval.
Email Intelligence
It reads every message in the operational mailbox and tells a quote request apart from rate correspondence and from noise. From a request it extracts route, cargo, ADR class, dates and customer - and flags what is missing before a price can be quoted. It drafts a reply in the sender's language.
Enterprise Brain
Procedures, price lists, offers and agreements in one knowledge base. You ask in plain language and get an answer citing the document and page. Without cover in your documents the system says plainly that it does not know - which we treat as a feature, not a gap.
What sits underneath
Data isolation between tenants, encrypted mailbox credentials, and a record of every decision: who, when, on what basis, and using which model. The running code version is visible from inside the application, so you can check what is actually deployed instead of assuming the release worked.
Who it is for
Freight forwarders whose enquiries arrive by email and whose procedural knowledge lives in files and in people's heads. If you need something the product does not do, we build it - the same work described under AI on your data.
Questions
What people ask first.
Does Enterprise Brain reply to customers automatically?
What happens when data is missing from an enquiry?
How do we know a knowledge-base answer is true?
Where is data processed?
Tell us which process eats your day.
We answer within one working day - including when the answer is that software is the wrong tool for it.
